Great little place in La Paz's tourist district
We loved our stay at this hidden gem in La Paz. The rooms were full of character, set around a charming courtyard. The restaurant below served delicious food, albeit a little pricier than other options. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the witches' market. Our room was a bit chilly, but the cozy alpaca blanket made up for it. we highly recommend Naira for an authentic Bolivian experience.

Simple, clean rooms. Wifi and cable tv were good as my boyfriend was sick during our stay. Warm in lobby and room which was a nice change for La Paz! Plenty of hot water. Breakfast was fine in downstairs cafe.
The staff weren't particularly friendly or welcoming, but you don't come to La Paz for the staff at a hotel do you! So it wasn't a big problem!

Location, good reastaurant just below, good breakfast.
Noisy or smelly rooms above restaurant, rip off for making phone calls through the hotel, rip off for organizing tours. Let you wait in front of closed doors if you are even only 2 minutes too early, before letting you in to the dining room for breakfast.

Great location near popular tourist spots, with easy access to transportation. Clean and well-maintained facilities, with a lovely courtyard and lounge areas. The breakfast served was delicious and filling. The staff were friendly and attentive, available 24 hours a day.
There was nothing I didn't like.

I arrived in La Paz in the middle of the night and they were very helpful in arranging a car to pick me up. The location is great, right next to the Plaza de San Francisco, and the staff kind and friendly.
My room didn't have a window and due to some remodeling downstairs smelled a bit like paint.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in more ways than one. the value for money was outstanding. With such affordable prices, I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail throughout the hotel. The little balconies attached to the rooms provided a lovely touch, allowing me to take in the bustling atmosphere of the touristic area of La Paz. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, making me feel very welcome. The basic amenities were all there, and the rooms had good space, perfect for a comfortable stay. Plus, the breakfast included in the package was a great bonus, ensuring I started my day off right.
All was perfect - no complaints!

The hotel itself was pleasant and centrally located for tourist facilities.
The street outside the hotel was being dug up and it was crowded and noisy there.

The staff were very friendly and helpful concerning my needs and requests. The room in which I stayed was spacious and attention was payed to the small things... Room cleaned daily, had a hair dryer, shampoo, and other items a more expensive hotel would have. They had room service, laundry facilities, a phone, and a very good restaurant. The location was central to maning stores and activities.
I was very satisfied with Hostel Naira.

Located in the heart of the bustling tourist area, this hostel is just a block away from the main church and offers great accessibility to many shops and restaurants. A cozy little cafe downstairs offers a great place to enjoy meals or snacks. The rooms are comfortable, with basic toiletries and hair dryers in the bathroom. the staff is courteous, friendly, and ready to provide any information or assistance. Finally, the breakfast, which includes a choice of cereal, scrambled eggs, and various fruits.
Although the rooms with a "view" provide amazing sights of the bustling streets, the noise level, especially during the weekends, is high and may disturb the sleep of some guests.

The hotel had a great location in the heart of the city, perfect for exploring the sights. The cafe nearby was a great spot for a light lunch and the wifi was really fast and reliable.
The hotel had some drawbacks too. The rooms were quite loud, with noise coming from the street and restaurant below.
